Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event there is a quality issue with your Product, you may email us at email@example.com us within fourteen (14) days after the order has been placed, our Educator will reply you promptly.
- However, this does not apply if you simply changed your mind or do not like the scent of the Products.
- You shall email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Rm 1219-21, 41 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. If you are emailing us or writing to us please include details including the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.
- Please bring them with you to our showroom (Rm 1219-21, 41 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong), our Educator will get to know your concerns and offer you an one-time exchange.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
